A desert blend crafted from 47% Cabernet Franc, 23% Merlot, and 30% Petit Verdot grown in our estate vineyards. The clusters were hand-harvested at night, and the wine was aged for 15 months in new oak barrels. A soft wine with rich aromas, notes of vanilla and spices, and a pleasant acidity.
