This Bordeaux blend is a distinctive desert cuvée, crafted from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot grapes, all grown in our vineyards. The clusters were hand-harvested late, achieving perfect phenolic ripeness, and the wine was aged for 15 months in new oak barrels. This Bordeaux-style wine offers a complex and unique flavor profile with strong notes of wood and earth.
This wine is dedicated to our wives and children, who worked tirelessly through every stage of its preparation during our long absence due to the war.
