Our Story

Driven by a deep connection to this land and a desire to be close to the earth, we planted our first vineyard in 2013. It is located near the renewing community of Ibei HaNahal in Eastern Gush Etzion, the place we call home

Over the years, we have come to recognize the exceptional quality and unique character of the wine grapes grown on this piece of land. This led us to plant additional vineyards across a variety of cultivars. Today, we tend to approximately 70 dunams of wine grapes, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and more

With the goal of producing premium grapes from this rich soil, we cultivate our vineyards with meticulous daily care. Our work is precise and thorough, combining the wisdom of veteran farmers with the cutting-edge insights of modern professionals.

ur vineyards are planted on the edge of the Judean Desert at an altitude of 800 meters, benefiting from an ideal terroir. The limited yields, meticulous cultivation, and high elevation—combined with rich Terra Rossa soil and hard mountain rock—create the perfect conditions. The snowy winters provide the intense cold only the mountains can offer, while the dry heat and dramatic temperature shifts are unique to the desert. All of this results in exceptionally high-quality grapes—and to make excellent wine, you must first have excellent grapes.

In 2020, we established a small, family-owned boutique winery overlooking our vineyards, producing our very first 947 bottles. Our winery is located within a unique ancient cistern, providing the optimal conditions for the production and aging of our wines.

ust as we do in the vineyard, we maintain meticulous standards in the winery, based on experience and research. This begins with a selective manual harvest at the precise moment, followed by rigorous lab testing, high-end equipment, and strict quality control. Under the close guidance of our winemaker, Itzik Lotan, we now produce approximately 6,000 bottles a year—driven by the dream of serving our guests a high-quality, complex, and delicious wine.

At our visitor center, you can immerse yourself in the quiet beauty of nature and our scenic vineyards. We invite you to join us for wine tours and tastings, corporate gatherings, and gourmet meals. It is also the perfect setting to celebrate your special milestones—Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Brit/Brita ceremonies, engagements, or boutique weddings. And of course, you are welcome to purchase our unique wines to take home with you.
